My shop sells luxury Canadian winter apparel, and our service reflects that high-end fashion and quality standard. We offer a concise and clear 21-day return policy from the delivery date for a full refund to maintain the exclusivity and inventory integrity of our collections.

Impeccable Condition Requirement
Given the premium materials and high value of our coats, the returned merchandise must be in impeccable, unused, and unworn condition. This includes trying on the coat only on soft, clean indoor surfaces. Shoes and leather goods must be returned with absolutely no scuff marks on the soles and in their original box. Any returned item showing clear evidence of wear, such as lint, marks, or signs of dry cleaning, will be immediately rejected and shipped back to the customer at their expense, with no refund processed.

Exchange Through Re-Order
Due to the limited availability of our collections, we cannot guarantee stock for a direct exchange. To proceed with an exchange, you must return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item. We will ensure the refund for the original item is processed swiftly, typically within 3-5 business days of our warehouse receiving and inspecting the item, making this the fastest method for a successful exchange.

Domestic Complimentary Return Label
We offer a complimentary return label for all domestic returns initiated within the 21-day window. This label is provided via our online returns portal and includes tracking and high-value insurance to protect your luxury garment during transit.

International Returns: Currency and Fees
For international returns, please note that the refund amount will be based on the original price paid in the transaction currency. Currency fluctuations between the purchase date and the refund date are not covered by my shop. Furthermore, the customer is responsible for all costs associated with the return, including shipping and any potential fees related to currency exchange or transfer. We strive for transparency, ensuring our clients fully understand the financial logistics of international returns before initiating the process.
