From the distillery: On the nose, lemon, honeysuckle, juniper, lavender, jasmine, sandalwood, grass, herbs, spice cake, spices, pine. On the palate, citrus, marmalade, ginger cake, red apple, blossoms, violet, lemongrass, grassy, juniper, anise, pepper, white pepper, spicy, pine. On the finish, sweet citrus, floral, sandalwood, mint, coriander, juniper, spices, light and mineral.
