Description

Fruity and juicy with aromas of plums and dark berries, dry and wonderfully balanced on the palate with the lively fizz that makes good Lambrusco so irresistible. A perfect partner for charcuterie, salumi, aged Parmigiano Reggiano or anything from the Emilian table.

Vitivinicola Fangareggi is a family estate in the heart of Lambrusco country, with roots in the region stretching back to the 1800s. The estate was officially founded in 2005 by Giuseppe Fangareggi and is today run by his son Matteo alongside his mother Margherita and uncle Roberto, very much a family affair with each member playing their part. Their wines come exclusively from 24 hectares of family-owned vineyards spread across eight parcels in the provinces of Reggio Emilia and Modena, farmed organically without chemical herbicides or fungicides. In the cellar, Matteo works with indigenous yeasts only, keeping things as natural and honest as the fruit deserves.

Grape: Lambrusco Salamino. Emilia-Romagna, Italy. Organic. Hand harvested. Fermented with indigenous yeasts. Dry, sparkling.
